Abstract

Big Data Analytics (BDA) is becoming a popular tool to gain insight into businesses and increase their competitive advantage. So, it is important to understand how it works and the opportunities it presents to growing businesses. The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of using Data Analytics on Business Intelligence for e-commerce, focusing on how to promote the use of Big Data Analytics in the e-commerce sector by SMEs. One objective is to develop strategies that can be used by small businesses to take advantage of complicated tools such as BDA and sentiment analysis of social media platforms in order to boost their economic growth.
